How does it work?
I. PROGRAMMING
Step 1.
Access the platform. Create your user account, filling in your details: email address, phone number, username and password.
Step 2.
Complete the video consultation request form.
Step 3.
The Call-Center team will call you to arrange the date and time of your video consultation.
Step 4.
You receive active link details for the date and time of the online consultation.
Step 5.
Once you confirm your appointment, you will be directed to the payment, which you will make online by credit card.
II. VIDEO CONSULTATION
Step 1.
Make sure you have an internet connection. Shortly before the start of the consultation you log in to the platform. Log in with your username and password.
Step 2.
At appointment time you access the active link received.
The duration of the consultation is 15-20 minutes, according to the specific service offer of each doctor, mentioned above.
Step 3.
After the video consultation you can access the archive of your session.
III. WHO HAS ACCESS TO VIDEO RECORDINGS OF CONSULTATIONS
