With over 30 years experience in facial rejuvenation cosmetic surgery, Dr. Constantin Stan performs at CRONOS MED one of the most requested surgeries worldwide: Minimal incision facelift, Ponytail type.
WHAT IS FACELIFT SURGERY?
Minimal incision endoscopic-assisted facelift is a minimally invasive surgical method that repositions the tissues of the upper third of the face or midface to achieve a youthful, fresh appearance without distorting the hairline or natural anatomy of the ear.
Compared to a traditional brow lift, which includes the eyebrow area, this technique is based on rotating and shaping the eyebrows to achieve a beautiful and natural look.
Endoscopic assistance throughout the procedure allows the surgeon to fully visualise all planes so that they can be repositioned correctly. The instruments used are tiny and rounded, through the same minimal incisions
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE INTERVENTION?
Lack of classic scars, as after a regular facelift.
There are no large visible incisions in front of the ears or behind the tragus or along the hairline. They are minor and hidden behind the ears and in the hair.
No "windblown" face effect
Minimal incision facelift eliminates the risk of getting the "windblown" look, because the tissues are actually repositioned vertically, thus fighting the effects of gravity, and not pulled or stretched horizontally.
No startled look effect and forehead lengthening
Eyebrows and forehead skin are repositioned to achieve natural-looking results.
Long-term results
With this technique, the skin and fat layers are kept together, so they remain vascularized (fed with oxygen). So the skin has a youthful and revitalised appearance after the operation. The transfer of fat to the face also allows us to achieve the regenerative effect of the tissues, thus obtaining long-lasting results. Traditional facelifts can have effects on the normal blood vessels that nourish the skin, which can limit the duration of the results.
Addition of regenerative cells obtained from fat
Cells obtained from adipose tissue, by emulsification with the LipoCube system have a strong regenerative effect, so that by injecting them is prevented the hollow appearance, which sometimes appears after a traditional facelift.
