Probably no feature stands out as well as the floppy ears (clapauge), especially in the case of children, when dysproports are more easily noticed. If the ears are protruding, you can resort to joining them to the head by sutures. If one ear is located higher than the other, a repositioning technique can be used to create symmetry. Large, oversized ears can be treated individually or in conjunction with other ear defects.
